Delivery and returns.

Delivery is included when the selected merchandise reaches$150 before club savings. Below that amount, a selection containing a case has a$7.90 delivery charge; a pieces-only selection has a$4.90 charge.

Check the delivery card carefully. A street address, city, postal code, country and contact email are required so the selected set can be associated with the correct details.

If you need to discuss a return, write to support@backgammonrow.shop with the reference and piece name before sending anything. Keep the case, supplied pieces and packaging together while the request is reviewed.

Report an incorrect or damaged item before putting it into regular play. Do not use an unconfirmed return address or include financial credentials in the message.
